The award celebrates their achievements and aims to encourage those involved in industrial safety, health, and well-being, and to contribute to the promotion of improvements in industrial sites both domestically and internationally.
Furthermore, the Safety Associates Council (SA Council) of the Safety Global Promotion Organization (IGSAP), as a group of qualified professionals on the front lines of safety in industrial settings, sympathizes with Professor Mukai's achievements in safety and his spirit and philosophy, and has established the "Mukai Safety Award," which IGSAP promotes and manages.
