"High-rise building" equipped with safety devices from Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., which has been "Safety 2.0 Compliance Registered"
The "Work Vehicle" won the highest award, the Commendation, at the National Construction Industry Labor Accident Prevention Conference.

The system, which combines obstacle detection by sensors and an ergonomic enabling switch to prevent serious accidents that could occur at construction sites when people become trapped between a vertical lift vehicle and a building frame or other structure, has passed the Safety 2.0 compliance review and has been registered as "Safety 2.0 compliant."
We believe that effective use of this system will contribute to promoting safety, security, and well-being in the construction industry in the future.

At the 2023th National Construction Industry Labor Accident Prevention Conference in Hiroshima, held on October 10, 6, and sponsored by the Construction Industry Labor Accident Prevention Association, Daiwa House Industry was the only company to receive an award out of over 60 applications for its "development of a safety device that takes into account human behavioral characteristics, which is extremely effective in reducing risks when ascending aerial work platforms."
